These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.zaffro.in] (the “Site”), our mobile applications (if any), and our services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you (“you,” “your,” “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services immediately.

1. Business Overview

Zaffro is an online retailer of premium-quality mobile accessories, including phone cases, lens protectors, screen guards, and related products. We operate exclusively via e-commerce channels and deliver across India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display product details, images, and colors accurately. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen/display differences.

  • All product dimensions, materials, and specifications are approximate and provided for guidance only.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment can be made via secure online payment gateways, UPI, debit/credit cards, or COD (Cash on Delivery) where available.

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received (except for COD orders).

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your order is confirmed only after we send you an Order Confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

  • Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India via reliable courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Delays due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We follow a 5-Day Easy Return/Replacement Policy under the following conditions:

  • Eligible only for defective, damaged, or wrong products received.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Customers must raise a return/replacement request within 5 days of delivery via email at flexwithzaffro@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval.

  • COD refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI.

  • Products bought under “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and designs, is the property of Zaffro and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademark Act, 1999.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt our Site or payment systems.

  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Product compatibility with devices is the customer’s responsibility; no liability is assumed for damages caused by improper use.
